Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Game Boosting, owned and operated by Restu Ariadi, we strive to provide high-quality game boosting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our services.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Service Not Started: If we have not yet begun work on your order, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Service in Progress: For orders in progress, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.

2.3. Completed Services: Once a service has been marked as completed, refunds are generally not available unless there is a demonstrable failure to meet the service specifications.

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request.

3.2. All refund requests will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission.

3.3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3.4. A withdrawal fee of 3% plus $1 will be deducted from all refund amounts.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

4.1. Account Penalties: We do not provide refunds if your game account is penalized, suspended, or banned by the game publisher as a result of using our boosting services.

4.2. Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be issued if you provided incorrect account information that prevented us from completing the service.

4.3. Service Interference: No refund will be provided if you interfere with the boosting process by accessing your account during the service period without prior arrangement.

4.4. Change of Mind: Once a service has begun, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind about wanting the service.

5. Partial Refunds

5.1. If we are unable to complete a portion of the ordered service due to technical limitations or game restrictions, we may offer a partial refund for the uncompleted portion.

5.2. The amount of a partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the service that could not be completed.

6. Payment Method

6.1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase when possible.

6.2. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

7. Service Guarantees

7.1. If we fail to deliver the service as specified in your order within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.

7.2. "Reasonable timeframe" is defined as the estimated completion time plus 50%, unless otherwise specified.
